Harpoon [OPEN] House

Harpoon House is nearly complete. Before we pack up and move in, we’d like to invite you to come see the (mostly) finished product. Everyone is invited – please tell anyone who loves modern architecture, small homes, sustainable building and ecoroofs.

  1. I’ve been following and admiring the progress. It’d be fun to mention on Jetson Green, if you have some completed, but not necessarily professional, photos of the inside and out. In any event, congrats on the near completion!

  4. What type of building wrap are you using under your cedar siding. Anything special product since you can see through the spacing?

  5. We’re using bituthene. There aren’t a whole lot of options (in the US anyways) for UV stable waterproof membranes… And because the SIPs aren’t breathable we weren’t concerned about breathability related moisture issues, so we basically wrapped our house in roofing.
