Plumbing
Our plumbing is finally done. The last thing to go in is our upstairs sink which is finally in and fully functional. We realized today that we have a sink in every room of the house except the root cellar.
Inspections
We’re planning on moving in at any time. The house isn’t 100% done, but now that plumbing is done its ready for occupancy with just some finish work on the inside and some landscaping on the outside. Our move in though is probably being delayed because our inspector stood us up on Friday… So for the moment we’re hanging out in our apartment full of boxes waiting for someone from the city to come by and tell us that the house is habitable.
Hi - really enjoyed your open house - there were quite a lot of people there (around noon) when my wife and I stopped by. I did’nt talk to either of you since you were both always busy talkin to somone. Hope you had a good time and congrats on your new place, I esp. like the large soaking tub. Michael
I also really enjoyed the open house. I got to talk with your builder for a while. My favorite thing, oddly enough, was the toilet-sink combination, which I thought was inspired. I had never seen anything like it, and it made such good sense.
