Yesterday everyone tackled a handful of little things that needed to get done while we wait for other things that are taking some time. There is an internal shear wall that somehow never got structural sheathing on it. Because our stairwell interrupts structure on the whole east side of the house, we need this to pick up that side of our floors and keep them from wobbling. Read the rest of this entry »
